Mr.Tamir Nyamdorj earned his Master degree (MBA) from the University of Humanities and his Bachelor of Law (LL.B) degree from the National University of Mongolia School of Law. He is the founding partner of the law firm and a member of the Mongolian Bar Association. During the past 10 years, he mainly focused on civil law and administrative law which includes company law, investment, franchise, concessions, public private partnerships, tender, license, project financing, international trade, real state, competition law, labor law and litigation. Mr.Tamir is a registered advocate for the Supreme Court of Mongolia, who is proficient in English and Russian.
Mr. Jargal earned his Bachelor of Law (LL.B) degree from the National University of Mongolia, School of Law, and his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the National Academy of Governance of Mongolia. Jargal Enkhel is the co-founding partner of "Komorebi Partners" LLP. His practice area includes investment, legal matter management of foreign and domestic companies, advising in the initial public offering, banking and finance, loan and pledge, mining sector requirements and special licensing, intellectual property, custom service and taxation, and litigation of agreement and administrations. Prior to starting the Firm Mr.Jargal worked in the Bank and Finance sector as a lawyer. He is also an advocate and a member of the Mongolian Bar Association. Mr. Jargal is proficient in English.
Ms.Odmaa earned her Master degree from the Insead Business School in France and her Bachelor of Management Information System degree from the University of Arizona in the United States of America. Ms.Odmaa is experienced in the areas of management, data analysis, investment and business development. She provides business development and fundraising consulting services. She has fluent English and basic Russian.
Mr.Altangerel earned his Bachelor of Science (Environmental studies and remote sensing), Department of Earth sciences, Free University of Berlin in Germany, and his Bachelor of Science (Geography and remote sensing), School of Natural sciences, University of Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi in India. Mr.Altangerel diverse experience over 11 years includes environment, community and social responsibility consulting, environmental regulation and management. His services have been used for the environmental and social planning and assessment of small and large-scale mining, oil and gas, infrastructure and industrial projects within Mongolia. Mr.Altangerel has consulted comprehensively on impact assessment and mitigation of mining and infrastructure projects these include the coordination and direction of large-scale reclamation of green-fields mining and transport projects in sensitive landscapes. Founder of “Green crown” LLC that air quality, analysis first laboratory in Mongolia.
